Stealthy Zoog

Oh good grief this brings back unpleasant memories!!! See, once I woke (as a character during an RPG session) in the Dreamlands, underneath a lovely tree, where stars were twinkling above me.

Twinkling.

In pairs.

They were NOT stars. They were zoog eyes. And then we got the hell out of that forest by promising all manner of things and hid away in Ulthar instead. It felt... a lot safer.


I LOVE your pictures of zoogs, they are so evocative, and really draws one in into a bigger scene, a bigger story lurking just behind the picture. They are absolute, ABSOLUTE horrors, and you paint them brilliantly!
