Ahem, but seriously now, dig the halo around the feathers, conveys that magic/mystic/abracawhatever feel. Good coloring as well (and as usual, it seems), the toned palettes in your pieces really agree with me; while there's a lot of hyperreflective dude-am-I-on-hallucinogens work around deviantart, I somehow never really understood the fascination with it. I like your approach far better.
The character's face could perhaps use a little more expression, unless "expressionless" was what you were aiming for, in which case shut me up.
Either way, the feathers look very detailed (as far as I can judge that anyway, the size isn't particularly huge), so either you have a good method or considerable patience - possibly both - and either one is to be respected.
